“I think of drawing as a form of meditation and at its centre is structure. My drawings are built through combinations of mark, line and mass, developing form and effecting image. The image-text relationship of the New Arcadian Journal provides a collaborative environment for the exploration of form and content, the formal structures of drawing corresponding with the political and poetic iconography of the landscape garden.
